What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest advantage of using PlanSource is the accessibility for our staff - from entry to the contact point. I actually realize that our reps are straightforwardly getting the correct data. The most important factor when choosing an advantage process was the rep experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike this stuff. However, the only downside is mainly about the product and process customization because of our action plan, but this is not PlanSource's fault.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanSource has automated our company. I appreciate that it has facilitated the reporting, paying, seeking out new deals and integrating a board case. I am always on top of everything with PlanSource.

There will always be bugs in the software of every tech business. At the very least, they're resolving it as quickly as possible.

It has enabled us to integrate all our benefits into one system that our staff can utilize conveniently.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The feature that we value most about PlanSource is that we can quickly manage a constantly changing client. Setting up the software out is easier too, and upgrading is easy. We are really happy about it. Staff experience is easy and helps us to be insightful, resulting in a better smartphone experience for staff. None of our previous systems has allowed staff to submit a snapshot of their qualified life event evidence. PlanSource is constantly working to upgrade their software to include the most essential functionalities and partners, and the timeline they make for upgrades means they're taking their time to get everything better. PlanSource is the perfect partner for us!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oftentimes, we encounter features that don't fit from a reseller's point of view than it does with the customer using it directly, but we do have an expert who pays attention to us and deals with us together to come up with a solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've achieved multiple operational efficiencies and also greater customer control of the program through a responsive user interface.

What are the best aspects of this product?

PlanSource benefit management software is a very useful program. It's very user-friendly, has a simple set-up and the customer support staff were nice to work with.

None. It's an incredible tool. People should consider using PlanSource.

We are using it as our benefit management program. Easy endorsements of life event, user-friendly and has best open enrollment installation.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Instant consultation with PlanSource customer support staff anytime you need a quick answer. They will also guide you through the procedure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate the search function, you need to be very precise when searching. It must contain other words and we do not always remember them exactly. Also, I turned off the new beta option as I don't even see the effective date and what I'm approving in qualifying events. Some staff wants to take this opportunity to cancel the voluntary benefits instead of only making adjustments to those relevant to the qualifying event. It would be nice if a feature will be included in this section. Enable additions only.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What is charged on the monthly statement on the employee profile is not what is reflected in the verification section. For double-checking, a comparison must be done and submitted over to providers to ensure that they have the same coverage.
