We were using Pendo to understand usage, retention, adoption, and in-platform guides. We were able to get pretty deep insights on product adoption using their pretty flexible user segment tools in addition to their retention and feature funnel tools.

What do you like best?

Pendo has a great platform that allows us to easily create guides and get our messages infront of our customers. We are able to utilize the resource center to keep customers up to date on whats happening with our product and education offerings. Pendo Feedback has allowed us to get rid of the "black hole" of feature requests and let our customers track their requests.

What do you dislike?

We do struggle with utlizing Pendo Feedback because there are not enough features or flexibility to fit what we use it for. However the Pendo team has been great helping us find creative solutions to our unique use cases.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are utilizing Pendo to capture the voice of the customer. Since implementing Pendo we have launched an NPS program and are able to identify and work on problem areas in our program all driven by the VoC.

We implemented Pendo Feedback because we had so many feature requests, no way to organize them, and no way for customers to see them. After implementing Feedback our customers can submit, track, and vote on features all in one platform.

What do you like best?

Pendo is incredibly intuitive and easy to use both with in-app guidance for our users and with internal analytics. We're finding insights to our product that we've never had before, and we don't need any engineering to help us do it!

What do you dislike?

Our software product is pretty robust; we are multi-app, multi-purpose and we have a lot of crossover between apps. Pendo is working on having more multi-app features (such as a Resource Center badge on multiple pages, but not sitewide) but currently we're finding that some pieces of Pendo are limiting in this regard.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pendo is still working on a few items for multi-faceted software/service companies but they are SO flexible and willing to work with you through any obstacle you may have. Their software is easy to use, and they are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're finally seeing what our users are doing in our software and we ware working on adjusting our processes, expectations of customers and service providers, as well as our UI/UX to meet reality. A huge part of our business is service in conjunction with software, and both sides of the equation are needing to be adjusted based on how our users work in the real world.
