Poor customer service

We paid MyTime through 9/3/2020 and they ended our subscription prior to 9/3/2020. I've requested politely to reactivate our account for 1-2 days to run some reports since they ended our subscription prematurely and they want to charge me for a whole month's subscription of $399. Does this make sense to anyone?The point is that I sent an email on 8/26/20 at 2:13pm to cancel my subscription on 9/3/2020 which is the end of the cycle that was already paid for. Customer service also confirmed with me via email on 8/26 at 2:17pm that MyTime application will stay active through 9/3/2020 and yet MyTime prematurely ended my subscription prior to 9/3 when I'm already paid up through 9/3. Where is the integrity of your company here?By the way, the comment you wrote is inaccurate. I did not wait for 2 weeks to reach out to MyTime. I immediately contacted MyTime on 9/4 at 5:44pm and informed them that my subscription ended prematurely. I have emails that I sent with response from MyTime. I suggest before replying to my comment to gather the facts first.
