What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows greater organization of inventory. It also made our production management more efficient as there is not much paperwork to deal with anymore. In conclusion, Katana MRP is a highly functional tool that easily facilitates business management. We very much recommend using Katana.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We hope to receive an update regarding an accounting tool. This will make Katana an invaluable tool as everything would have been done using this application. It will also be good if it was accessible anywhere so we can keep track of our inventory wherever we may be.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has strengthened and organized our work process. We implemented this in our dairy processing plant and from the moment we dispatched raw milk to processed dairy products, Katana helped our workflow. As we work 24/7, it is a great sigh of relief to have a system that keeps track of everything. Because of Katana, we were able to continue a smooth workflow and create accurate reports about the process of our business.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface is simple and self-explanatory. From the on-set, you can already see the main categories: sell, make, buy, stock, items, contacts, and settings. You can also keep track of the status of your order as it is color-coded. Assigning tasks to other co-workers is also smoother as you can see which tasks are assigned to whom.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The price is quite high, especially for small companies. I hope they can offer a lower rate for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our data management and exchange improved greatly because we were able to move away from using complicated and error-prone excel sheets.

Katana MRP has everything you need. You can really plan your company flows from tracking raw materials to keeping inventories of your products. It is also very easy to use so you won't have any problems.

We would love it if there is a log record, so we can distinguish which user made any changes in our inventory.

Our process became efficient. Our inventory is up-to-date and we don't waste any time in finding out what we need.
