I have been using Jobma for a very long time and it really helped me a lot in my hirings, it saves me a lot of time and helps screen candidates faster than ever.

"Interviewing using Jobma was very easy"
What do you like best?
I hadnt used a video interview software before Jobma. I really liked how easy it was to do an interview. It even allowed me to do a practice video before I did the actual interview which was really great. Also their chat support was really helpful about some questions that I had prior to the interview.
What do you dislike?
The video recording quality was a little lower than I had expected. I am not sure if it was my webcam or there was video compression going on.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is not always possible to set up in person interviews, video interviews work very nicely in those scenarios. Especially with the COVID pandemic.

"Video interviews worked out great for us!"
What do you like best?
It was very important to us that the candidates be able to go through their video interviews without any issues. Video interviews for a candidate can be a little daunting and we really wanted to make sure they would be able to do it comfortably. Happy to say that it worked pretty well for us. Feedback from candidates was great. And it was really helpful to have videos from them that can be reviewed by management as well.
What do you dislike?
Their layout is a little confusing. Once you know where everything is, it is smooth sailing but it can take a little trial and error to get going. Thankfully their support is pretty good.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helped us involve more people in the early part of the selection process. We couldnt do that with phone calls. And having more people look at the candidates early on meant we spent time with candidates that we really liked.

"Easy to use video interviews"
What do you like best?
It is pretty simple to use. If you just want to do video interviews then you can be up and running pretty fast. I also liked that we could get a link to the video interviews that we could share via email. We didnt have any issues with our candidates going through the video interviews either so that was nice. Plus their chat support is really helpful.
What do you dislike?
I would have liked a way to export our video interviews. I think they have API's but something simple would be nice.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It made it easier to for us to pick which candidates we want to move forward with. It also saved us a lot of time since we didnt have to make as many phone calls as we used to.

"Deceptive Company"
What do you like best?
Well, the platform does work, however i strongly suggest to stay away they have deceptive pricing and unethical business practices!
What do you dislike?
They mislead you on their pricing. They claim "no monthly minimum commitment, but there is. See they charge you an annual fee to "access" the platform, even if you dont use it all. This fee is 200 a year, so their "platform" is actual $20 a month + any interviews you use. I asked to cancel on 4/10; they renewed my subscription on 4/11 and said it was to late to cancel. Seriously, stay away!

Honestly, stay away, there are better companies to deal with!

I wanted to be able to interview people faster. The only thing i gained was experience in dealing with terrible customer support.
