What do you like best?

I like that i can download and install this FREE app just about anywhere, send out invites to new team members, keep track of hours easily with almost no issues ever.

What do you dislike?

Customer support is sometimes hard to get hold of.

Super easy to install, download the software, add your team and send out your invites! Keeps track of hours easily.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easily and quickly keep track of hours, workers sign in on an iPad on the wall, takes a photo of whoever is signing in so it prevents others for signing in for them.

Thanks for leaving us an honest review! Good to know that the kiosk mode and Slack integration works well with your team.

In reference to real-time update, the dashboard should show the status real-time, unless you have set your Kiosk Device on Offline mode which would definitely get updated once the device has been synchronized again. If you are still having this issue, please reach out to our support team. They'll definitely assist you with this immediately.

What do you like best?

The application has a great user friendly experience as well as allows the employees to register their working hours accurately from the touch of button. The app enables the timekeeping in cases where employees are not at the office premises but with client hence enabling the payroll department to accurately record time.

What do you dislike?

The ability for any user to amend/edit their submitted working hours by themselves after recording them. I believe such access should only be kept with the administrator who could ensure the credibility of working hours submitted.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a user friendly yet highly resource effective app that can solve your time-keeping requirements, Jibble is the app to go for. Would very much recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our payroll had always been a trouble as the employees are allowed overtime as per Job basis. These overtime cost then needed to be allocated against individual job which always had been a long time consuming and stressful process. Jibble has the ability to record time along with a reference to detail what exactly the time being utilised on. Jibble has streamlined this process and the monthly payroll figures gets calculated with much ease. This has saved the company stress, trouble and time.
