"Groupmail - Our Mass Emailer"
What do you like best?
It allows us to merge emails with custom content and links from an excel file and a template. Also, the emails still come from "our server" unlike constant contact and other providers with this service.
What do you dislike?
It used to send 'through outlook' so it appeared to be individual emails to SPAM traps. Now it only sends in SMTP mode and their tech support basically says, "Microsoft made an update and now it doesn't work". I would love for Groupmail to fix this so we can send via outlook again.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending mass emails (100,000s at a time) quickly and efficient.

I like the list management features, email scheduling tool, integrated spam verification button, user friendliness
What do you dislike?
the tools crashes sometimes
limitations with the exclusions, if you use the filtering on more than 5 list you will receive errors

I never used similar software, but Groupmail is very efficient and covers my need!

What do you like best?
I like that there isn't a monthly fee, you can sugement your lists however you want without extra costs and you have so much control over design.
What do you dislike?
While you can use it without coding skills, it's better if you understand html to get the emails to look exactly the way you want it to look.

I was going to have to pay a fortune for a relatively small list because I needed it segmented in a complicated way that other services counted as multiple contacts, even though it was the same email address.With Groupmail you don't pay per contact. Once you buy the software it's yours to do with as you see fit.

What do you like best?
It works super good when sending to 100 emails per minute like newsletter, information, etc. Help a lot but not sure if it's the best program.
What do you dislike?
But it is really difficult to set up your email and also you can only upload all the contacts in one computer and if you change of device you will need to upload all the contacts again to each group, the only thing I found not practical at all.

It's helpful to use with HTML newsletters.
