What are the best aspects of this product?
I really appreciated how user-friendly this is, whatever end of the software you're on. I was also able to use it to collect payments, which really made everything move along so much more quickly for our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Right now the only thing I think they can improve on are their analytics features. It's not as user-friendly as the rest of the software. If they work on this, it could really bring this software to the next level.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It really helped us out with the issues we and our customers were having with booking online.

What do you like best?
The best part about genbook is that it keeps me on top of my schedule and makes client relationships quite flawless given the scheduling capabilities offered.
What do you dislike?
I would say something that has been harder for me to finagle is just the technology and also using it on my phone but that is a personal problem probably.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The best part about Genbook is the ability to attract, convert and manage client relationships from a specific platform rather than google or personal calendars. It is very targeted.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Quality tool for scheduling purposes such as making appointments and bookings among others. It is very smooth to learn and use. Using it has provided a great experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We cannot find any guides or tutorials for using the app at first. User support is quite unreliable too. This makes the platform somehow difficult to use for people who are not that tech-savvy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is now easier for us to make schedules on the web or through the software. This greatly helps us avoid misunderstandings regarding schedules, which is important for us to save a lot of time at work.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Keeping a record of all schedules for my business has become more efficient through this platform. Our clients can easily make their schedules online without hassles too. Moreover, if clients give accurate details in their schedules, I don’t have to worry about missing their calls anytime. I can easily sync their schedule into my own!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do not have anything to dislike about this tool. This is really satisfying my needs for handling schedules.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is terrific in terms of time management since it helps me handle my working hours each day efficiently. I do not need to worry about tons of inconveniences when handling client schedules too. And that is mainly because our clients can easily check through all my available hours when they make appointments.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Scheduling appointments can just be a tedious affair all around and I'm really thankful that this software has made that whole process move along quickly. If it took me half an hour to do this before, I can accomplish all of it now in less than 10 minutes, at the most. It's really just made my work much easier and I will probably be using this for a long time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do think that this software isn't as great of purchase if the job you are in doesn't require a lot of appointment-taking. There's a fee involved when you use it beyond its trial period, and it's hard to justify that purchase if you're not going to be using it that much.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since it has made the process move along so quickly, this software has essentially given me more time to do so many other things.
