"Useful and effective tool to carry out the internal communication."

What do you like best?

Simple to integrate and very easy to use, thanks to its functions it allows you to personalize its use and the way in which you can interact with all the members of the work team, achieving to a great extent the communication of all the members and the way in which the activities are executed.

What do you dislike?

Is a very useful tool, the only thing that would be missing to improve its usefulness, would be to manage and activate more integrations with other tools.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Has been very useful to carry out an internal communication with greater fluidity and better management. achieving that everyone handles the same information and that the collaboration is more fluid.

"Helped our company tremendously during quarantine for Covid"

What do you like best?

Flock makes communicating and organizing SO much easier for all of us employees at our office. The best part of Flock that we have experienced since we began using it in January of 2020. While we were quarantined and all working from home remotely, we were able to communicate with each other in shared groups and individual chats as well.

What do you dislike?

The only negative that I can currently think of when it comes to using Flock for our office is that there is only one allotted Admin for the app (at least for the free version). This can make things very difficult when a company such as our has more than just one owner. Having only one person that has the ability and responsibility to make announcements, and add / delete members of the chat can be a lot to manage.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Flock has been a Godsend for our company! Very user friendly and easy to learn for all members of the office. We love that we have the ability to share files, pictures, and 'to do' lists with each other. This can even be done on an individual level, or share with the whole 'Hub!'

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Flock solves the problem of being able to contact other members of the office quickly and efficiently. Emails just don't cut it when it comes to trying to obtain information immediately. Email can also be a big pain when trying to get input from everyone in the office at the same time, and then trying to keep track of the responses that are divided into separate emails. If you are wanting everyone individually to discuss among themselves as well to come to a conclusion, it would be quite a mess to use anything other than an instant messaging system.

"Easy and convenient"

What do you like best?

We have been using this a lot in our office, Its great to share files for projects with a team or person. I like the To-do list feature the best. I can share this with a team and we can complete items off of it and it shares with anyone you want to see it.

What do you dislike?

Its really hard to dislike anything about Flock. We are using the free version at the moment but we are seriously thinking about upgrading as much as we use it.

I have just joined Flock & within 30 minutes I find it 9ne of the most exciting applications. So easy to use. The most importantly, they have an outstanding team to Support. I contacted the technical support and I got connected roger right away! NEHA, an absolutely brilliant and smart member of the support team. We whizzed across many questions; as if I was with a friend on WhatsApp. She resolved the issues [issues is a wrong word -educating me] like lightening. No time wasting, clarity, clarity & clarity. She knew her product inside out; at the back of her hand. Simply Outstanding. Where I didn’t understand, she sent me screenshots to take me through. Flock Team must be proud of her.
