What do you like best?
The ERIN team brought a solution that we felt was unique in the market - a solution that was not only generating more referrals, but also driving engagement for employees and internal mobility. I liked the fact that they were always willing to think about new ideas and workshop custom design. Within the first weeks, the adoption rate of ERIN across the organisation was higher than I have seen in any other organisation when implementing a technology driven referral program. Mike and team were a pleasure to work with - despite being on different continents, the communication and turn around times were very fast. Most of all - we had FUN working together, which always brings out the best in a solution.
What do you dislike?
I honestly don't think there were areas we disliked. If we encountered areas to improve or develop, we communicated and found a solution together for them. It was genuinely a real pleasure to work together.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Leap frogged traditional referral methods to put a self or network referral in the palms of every employee. Anticipating the technology to be a major driver to reduce recruiting cost per hire by 80% within 3 years.

What do you like best?
Their platform is very easy to navigate as an admin and an end user (referring employee). Layout is very intuitive.
What do you dislike?
We have a call limit on the number of times we can sync our job information from iCIMS to do a call limit on iCIMS' end. If ERIN can continue to improve on the way they call for the job information out of iCIMS, it will reduce the number of calls the system uses and we will be able to sync more frequently.

We are a company with more than 200,000 employees across the country. For three years we struggled managing a very large referral program internally because we were unable to find a vendor who could handle our complex process. Their innovation and recommendations have far exceeded our expectations. ERIN has continued to provide top-notch support even post implementation. They are a true partner and not just a vendor selling a product.

Its a very quick way for employees to view jobs from their desktop or phone. Its also incredibly easy to make referrals.

Some back-office requirements like removing employees from the list still need to be worked out.

I would look around (I typically do) to be sure that it does what you want, to me, it is simple and easy to use. The more you look around for other solutions, the more you will stick with ERIN
