What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me to manage the resources I have based on the budget of the client. This way I can make a decision on how much resources I should allocate to a project of the client in real time while accounting for the budget in place. There is also the mobile app which makes everything simple and easy. You do not have to be in front of your PC to submit the timesheets. You can do so from your mobile phone and thus flexible for anyone looking to track time and expenses on the move.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it offers seamless support in terms of functionality, it can be difficult to manage multiple clients without having to switch through different pages. For example, if you were the admin and you want to pull up reports on a certain client, you can do so on the same tab. However, when you want to do the same for a different client, you have to switch to a different page which can be frustrating at times when you want the job done quickly. It would be nice if the developers of the tool allowed all clients to fit in one page for efficiency.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been able to perform beyond our expectations. When it comes to managing our clients’ budgets, ClickTime has been helpful. We are able to track time against the budgets we have been offered by our clients. This makes it easy to analyze the return on investment (ROI) for our clients. It offers seamless support which means you can manage multiple teams working remotely from the same platform. With such functionality, we are able to utilize this opportunity to communicate with team members and identify new areas of growth and development.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tracking and documentation has become seamless thanks to ClickTime. Since we have our employees working in different offices, it can be difficult to manage the time they put into work. Documenting all this will require a system that is takes into consideration that they are not working from one location. ClickTime has come to help with this as employees can manage their expenses and time cards with ease and speed. On the same note, their supervisors can approve the time cards quickly while they document them during the entire process. This is made possible by the presence of the comment boxes the product has to offer. The mobile app also equips employees with a platform on which they can capture their receipts and expenses and upload them on the system for documentation and approval. As a result, they can be reimbursed faster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ClickTime has impressed us in terms of what it can provide and how it provides it. We cannot complain much about its functionality. However, we have a problem about how it looks. Although this is a minor issue, it would be better if they improved the appearance of the tool to the eye. All in all, as long as it provides the functionalities we need, this is not a problem. Apart from that, we are finding it difficult to set ups categories on the system. Maybe this is on us, but it would be good if there was a tutorial on how to set up categories on the same.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our employees work remotely from each other in different offices. This means we have to manage them from one place and ClickTime has done that for us. We are able to document rom the time the employees put in their timecards into the system to the approval stages. Everyone is able to take on their assigned tasks and that is how we manage to be well organized. It helps employees to track time, submit the timesheets or cards so that the supervisors an approve them. All this saves time, which means we can free sup our resources and concentrate on our core skills, which makes us more productive.

What are the best aspects of this product?

When we installed ClickTime to shift from paperwork into paperless and it was seamless. It was a big convenience to all of us, especially when it comes to scheduling tasks and filing documents, there's no need for bulky cabinets in the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, I am using Excel and spreadsheets to assign tasks but I look forward to the next installment to provide timetables to our employees for more transparency in the schedules assigned.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our company installed ClickTime, our productivity has significantly increased as administrators can now check and assign tasks depending on the employees‘ availability. I like how accounting is also linked in the timekeeping records of our client so that we know how much exactly can we charge our clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?

As someone who’s been working in the HR department, I got a lot of help from ClickTime in managing our interns due to the accessibility of the app. I like how its support team is readily available in case of any problems. Lastly, I find it fairly priced for its functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The design is a bit boring in my opinion, I hope you can have the option to choose your own interface’s colors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Part of our job is to encourage our customers to use their smartphones for convenience purposes and because the app is user-friendly and easy-to-use, convincing them was no big deal, saving us time for other tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Clicktime has a really reliable database. You’d be hard-pressed to lose your data if you use this tool and that is exactly what my company needs. Plus, you can organize your materials in categories for easier handling of tasks too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the database is reliable, the actual time-tracking feature sometimes has a few lapses. We’ve had difficulty figuring this out, but we’ve realized that the timer sometimes stops ticking halfway through some tasks. This can be quite problematic considering that time recording is something that we really need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a relatively new but growing company. With a tool such as ClickTime, we are able to evaluate the working capacity of our current staff on average. It is a fairly good gauge of whether we should be hiring more or not.
