ChartHop

ChartHop produces clean, customizable organizational charts with a click of a button. The system can integrate data into data sheets that have smart field calculations and stores multiple versions of spreadsheets in one system. Its compensation system eliminates the need for us to facilitate the creation of compensation spreadsheets and micromanage their completion.

I dislike that it is too accessible with certain data (like organizational charts) to users that have limited access in the system.

We are solving our problem of creating real-time organizational charts instantaneously and our comp process.

Incredibly intuitive design and feature set

We had difficulty without Trinet account, though this was not due to Charthops product, but our own setup.

If you are starting an organization, now is the time to implement Charthop. It will only get better over time, plus, you can start using the Scenario planner and build it into your organizations budget process.

Charthop is a smart and nimble platform for making all of your "people" data presentable and actionable. It has features that serve everyone (like the Dashboard for work anniversaries and open roles) while also being powerful for frequent users (recruiting, HR, finance, leadership). I love that it integrates with our applicant tracking and payroll systems. The support team at Charthop is also engaged and cares about helping us make the most of the platform.

Charthop has made strong progress on building features and connections between other platforms and services and I'm excited to see them continue this. I'd love them to make a mobile app as well. :)

Charthop took our clunky payroll/HRIS system and gave us a structured, nimble, and valuable org chart/data view. This helps us track current employment statistics and see where people need additional help (hiring needs).
