NOTHING ELSE COMPARES TO BLAB

I want to start this by saying that I do not have any other reason to post this review, other than the fact that the BLAB software has been a critical piece to the success of my company. There is nothing else on the market that even comes close. If I was allowed to only have my choice of one software, this would be it. Support is also amazing. Cant say enough.

Declining Customer Service

I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but recently customer service has been on a steep decline to the point where I asked myself whether they are still in business. My site was down completely. I submitted a ticket during office hours and no one responded. The same thing happened a few months ago where I wouldn't get a response until two days later. That's way too long and not standard by any means.

It’s worth it, Seriously.

Honestly, this is a must buy! I have tried other calendar apps, and the functionality, even though I don’t use it all, it amazing. The basic functions, booking links, and setting accounts up are super easy. My business is currently on the company plan, at it makes syncing information, and tracking bookings a dream. It’s worth 5 stars. There are a few things that I wish it had, but they are minor. Sometimes the development can be slow, but I find that’s because they are working to make sure it works the first time, and it isn’t buggy, so I appreciate that. I would like to be able to change the padding to not automatically happen before and after an appointment, as that adds additional time that I don’t really need. It’s smart, so if I have an appointment from 1-1:45, and a 15 min buffer, it will allow for bookings at 2, but I I didn’t need a buffer after that kind of appointment there isn’t a way to add that. Additionally, it would be nice to connect to more than one integration. For example, I have a couple google business accounts that utilize Meet, and I would love for different appointments to be linked to a different account, but this is not by any means a deal breaker. In my experience the support always gets back to me before they indicate on the website. It’s like the old adage “Under promise, but over deliver.” They do that well especially when it comes to the support. As an aside the founder Nachum, has always been really great!Finally, I would highly recommend this, especially if you are looking for an “all-in-one” solution to manage your time. It really is good.
